Timelines vary based on scope and vendor availability, but most full-service projects are completed in 8-12 weeks from contract signing to installation.
No. I work with investors all over the country. As long as you have a property manager or someone local who can coordinate access for deliveries and vendors, we can make it work.
That's fine. We can work with what you have if it fits the design strategy, or we can start fresh. It depends on your goals and what your property needs to perform.
Currently, I only work with properties in the United States.
We have revision rounds built into the process. You'll see 3D renderings before anything is ordered, so you'll know exactly what your property will look like. Surprises don't happen here. But keep in mind your proposed design is based on what works best in your market to meet your investment goals.
