A $500 statement light fixture will do more for your listing than a $3,000 couch that photographs like every other couch. A textured throw and layered pillows will elevate a space more than expensive side tables that blend into the background.
Prioritize Hero Pieces Over Filling Space
One stunning piece in a room will elevate the entire space more than ten mediocre pieces ever will. Think about what will photograph as the focal point. What will make someone stop scrolling? That's where you spend.
Everything else should support that hero moment, not compete with it.
